In this full-time, direct hire, onsite permanent position for our successful, established client, you will be an integral part of their game-changing commercial products team and work closely with hardware engineers, systems engineers, and QA teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

About the Role

\n
The position will combine expertise with RTOS, bare metal firmware, and C++ Embedded Linux. Strong C++ is required. The primary need is for someone senior enough to independently lead/own firmware design and architecture for a product suite. This role will lead the design, make sound technical decisions, and drive the work through implementation and validation with minimal guidance and be involved in performance optimization to meet the precision and speed demands of their industry-leading products. Any experience with Xilinx FPGA design/development (VHDL or Verilog) is a big plus (not required).

Pay range and compensation package
\n
\n

Salary/Rate Range: $150,000 - $170,000 (plus 15% annual bonus)
