Hiring: Enterprise Architect – Insurance Smart Apps (Manager, Software Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Insurance Smart Apps to lead the architecture strategy for a modern insurance technology platform. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for designing scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions while driving enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and innovation across insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead enterprise architecture strategy for insurance Smart Apps and platform capabilities.

\n

• Design scalable, secure, and reusable SaaS and cloud-native architectures.

\n

• Define API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solution architectures.

\n

• Architect enterprise integrations across Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Customer, and Document Management platforms.

\n

• Drive modernization initiatives, governance, security, observability, and platform resiliency.

\n

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to align technology with business goals.

\n

• Mentor engineering teams and lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB).

\n

\n

Required Experience

\n

\n
• 10+ years of Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture experience.

\n

• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale SaaS and platform-based solutions.

\n

• Expertise in Cloud Architecture, API-first design, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Enterprise Integration.

\n

• Experience leading architecture initiatives across multiple teams and executive stakeholders.

\n
