Property Maintenance Technician (Handyman / Grounds Crew)

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using their hands, and taking pride in improving the appearance and functionality of properties.

Youll be responsible for a variety of maintenance and upkeep tasks across multiple commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman and property maintenance tasks
• Pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, and surfaces
• Window cleaning (ground-level and some ladder work)
• Trash pickup and property cleanup
• Weed removal, landscaping touch-ups, and grounds care
• Minor concrete work and repairs
• Assist with small repairs and upkeep projects
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman work preferred (but not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid drivers license (required)
