Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with sellers and conduct listing consultations
- Present pricing and marketing strategies
- Create effective listing plans
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Guide sellers from listing to closing
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Work with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction teams
