Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 to $110,000 per year plus auto allowance

Run your own spindle repair facility as General Facility Manager, in a highly visible role with a clear path to General Management of the entire company.

Must-Haves
\n
- \n
- Proficiency in super precision rolling element bearing engineering and application in high-speed rotating equipment
- Experience in bearing and mechanical component failure analysis
- Mechanical or electromechanical background with the ability to perform engineering calculations on rotating equipment machine elements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized, self-motivated, and committed to customer service and excellence

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Oversee and direct all functions of the spindle repair service facility
- Supervise and mentor a team of Repair Technicians
- Schedule and assign spindle repairs based on each technician's experience and skill
- Diagnose spindle cause of failure and recommend design and performance improvements
- Review spindle evaluation reports and build repair quotes covering parts and labor
- Partner with Sales to answer technical questions and provide cost and schedule estimates
- Coordinate with a sister Midwest service center to balance workload and route repairs efficiently
- Sign off on final repair reports to ensure every spindle meets standards and performs for the customer
