We are seeking a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership for a large portfolio of projects while mentoring and developing a high-performing project management team. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, financial performance, operational excellence, and talent development across multiple complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of large-scale construction projects.
- Drive project profitability, forecasting accuracy, and overall financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and senior project leaders.
- Serve as a trusted coach and resource to project teams, helping solve complex project challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and field leadership to optimize project outcomes.
- Participate in staffing, resource planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices throughout project operations.

What We’re Looking For:
\n

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong financial acumen with responsibility for project forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
- Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects, including projects exceeding $10M in value and portfolios exceeding $30M.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on project support when needed.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presence.
- Experience within general contracting, construction management, mechanical contracting, industrial construction, infrastructure, or related project-based environments.
- A humble, team-oriented leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.

Preferred Background: Experience from mechanical construction, MEP contracting, HVAC/plumbing contracting, industrial construction, process piping, mission-critical construction, advanced manufacturing facilities, or related project-driven environments.
