Compensation

- Pay: $60,000–$70,000/year

- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Office-based position

Position Overview

- Administrative support role that works closely with Project Managers to keep construction projects organized and moving forward.

- Responsible for entering project information into the ERP system, coordinating documentation, and communicating with contractors.

Primary Responsibilities

- Enter project information and work orders into Spectrum ERP

- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration

- Process and track submittals and RFIs

- Communicate with subcontractors and contractors

- Collect lien releases

- Maintain project documentation and records

- Assist with general project coordination throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator for a General Contractor

- Experience processing submittals and RFIs across multiple trades (not limited to electrical)

- Construction administration experience preferred

Required Software

- Spectrum ERP (most important)

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Office Suite

- ProjectSight

- Sage (preferred)

- Procore (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
