Role Overview:
As a Technical Program Manager for Silicon Supply Chain Systems, you will bridge the gap between custom hardware engineering and enterprise business systems. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects to deploy, integrate, and optimize SAP S/4HANA environments tailored for our semiconductor manufacturing lifecycle. From tape-out to mass production, you will ensure our global supply chain software scales seamlessly with the customer's custom silicon infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead System Implementations: Manage end-to-end technical execution of SAP ERP modules and custom integrations designed specifically for the custom silicon hardware ecosystem.
- Drive Material Readiness: Collaborate with planning and strategic sourcing teams to track material supply, prevent manufacturing bottlenecks, and automate inventory tracking within SAP.
- Bridge Tech & Business: Map complex silicon hardware manufacturing lifecycles into highly scalable, robust SAP business architectures and system configuration requirements.
- Manage Project Timelines: Define scope, identify system dependencies, build data-driven schedules, and proactively mitigate risks across hardware engineers, software developers, and external vendors.
- Optimize Operations: Build scalable traceability systems to evaluate supplier performance, support chip cost-reduction workflows, and drive financial reconciliation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience. [1]
- Experience: 5 years of experience in technical program or project management within the semiconductor industry. [1]
- SAP Systems: Experience participating in end-to-end SAP ERP implementations (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, PP, or IBP) within a hardware or manufacturing context. [1, 2]
- Cross-functional Alignment: Experience driving project lifecycles across engineering, planning, finance, and external foundry/OSAT partners. [1]
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of semiconductor operational workflows, including silicon fab stages, wafer sorting, OSAT assembly, testing, and yield tracking.
- SAP Integration: Proven track record of configuring or implementing SAP supply chain modules to align with automated silicon manufacturing execution systems (MES) or B2B partner portals.
- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in advanced data modeling, supply-demand forecasting tools, and integrating SAP data with internal business intelligence applications.
- Leadership: Ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment without authority, and distill complex technical trade-offs into actionable executive insights.
