Job Description:
We are looking for a Job Site Supervisor to oversee roofing installation projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality project execution, managing the roofing crew, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time, hands-on position, and you’ll be part of a young, motivated team that prides itself on a culture of collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Management:
Pick up roofing materials from the warehouse every morning before installations begin, ensuring that the job site is fully stocked and ready.
Crew Supervision:
Arrive at the job site before the crew, monitor their progress, and assist with any logistical tasks or challenges related to roof installation.
Quality Control:
Inspect the roof installation throughout the process to ensure the work meets Roofsimple’s high standards. Take photos to document progress and ensure proper installation. Perform a final walkthrough with the homeowner after the roof is completed, answering any questions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure the job site is clean and safe after the project is completed. Supervise the crew during the cleanup process to maintain professionalism and quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Positive Customer Interaction
- Site Cleanup
- Preferred 1 year of experience as a Roofing Project Manager, Foreman, or in a similar role within the roofing industry.
- Strong Work Ethic
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated. Must be consistent in performance and committed to providing excellent service.
Compensation and Benefits:
