The job, in one line: our acquisitions team buys houses — you sell them. Myers-funded, off-market inventory handed to you from day one, plus traditional MLS deals under the same agent-first split. Myers is a DFW brokerage with 3,000+ transactions closed.
Your growth path is mapped from day one — and it doesn't stop at "agent":
Sales Agent (20% payout) → Acquisitions (60%) → Team Lead (50% split + 6-level revenue share) → Investor, buying your own properties. You can become an investor at any stage. Five income streams along the way: commissions, wholesale fees, fix & flip, rentals, revenue share.
