Responsibilities
- Manage Web Server Environment
- Server provisioning, decommissioning and troubleshooting; consisting of various applications
- Monitor systems uptime and performance
- Ensure server environments meet security requirements and kept up to date with Windows Patches
- Install and upgrade software based on established procedures
- Create and maintain design, operation and procedure documentation
- Provide status reporting on projects and issues to leadership
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and issue resolution
- Provide technical guidance to lesser-experienced web administrators
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience administering IIS Webservers in a production environment
- Experience in building, maintaining and upgrading Windows Server 2019+
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- On-site attendance Monday-Friday
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree in Information Systems
- MCP or MCSA
- SCCM software deployment and imaging
