Full-stack leadership; Java 17/21; Spring Boot; microservices; REST APIs; React or Angular; JavaScript/TypeScript; PostgreSQL/SQL; Microsoft Azure; Docker; AKS; Kafka/messaging; CI/CD; Azure DevOps/GitHub; automated testing; secure coding; logging; monitoring; troubleshooting; code review; mentoring; performance engineering and production readiness. AI-assisted software engineering required; banking preferred. Experience delivering in Agile/Scaled Agile environments required, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, PI planning, dependency management and cross-functional POD collaboration. Lead and coordinate a cross-functional engineering POD; provide hands-on technical direction; translate architecture into an executable backlog; lead estimation, sprint and PI planning; support backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies; manage technical dependencies, risks and impediments; coordinate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, architecture, quality engineering, vendors and platform teams; mentor engineers; drive code/design reviews, delivery commitments, engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Enterprise API leadership; Java 17/21; Spring Boot; REST/OpenAPI; microservices; domain and product services; orchestration, mediation, aggregation and transformation; API contracts and versioning; Apigee and Apigee Hybrid; Kong; IBM DataPower; Envoy; WSO2 familiarity; OAuth 2.0/OIDC; mTLS; API security; throttling; rate limiting; caching; coexistence routing; Kafka; Docker; AKS; CI/CD; observability; performance engineering and troubleshooting. AI-assisted software engineering required; banking preferred.
