Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have multifamily maintenance experience and strong HVAC knowledge.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete resident work orders and service requests</li>
<li>Perform apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining common areas, grounds, and community equipment</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed</li>
<li>Provide professional and courteous service to residents</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required</li>
<li>HVAC certification or EPA certification required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general apartment maintenance</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and dependable</li>
<li>Must be able to work well with a team</li>
