ThemeWorks, a leader in custom design and fabrication for iconic theme parks and museums, is seeking an experienced Estimator for our High Springs, Florida, office. In this full-time role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping our project strategies and producing accurate, detailed cost estimates and proposals.

Role Responsibilities

- Attend pre-bid meetings and review client bid packages thoroughly.
- Develop fabrication strategies that align with project goals.
- Prepare precise, component-by-component estimates and proposals using computer-based spreadsheets.

What You Bring
\n

- Proven estimating experience in a related field, ideally involving custom fabrication (not square foot/square foot formula estimating).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret plans and documents independently and develop accurate estimates.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication and construction techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills, logical thinking, and a detail-oriented, meticulous approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
