Nastec International Inc. is seeking a professional and reliable Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be alert, responsible, and capable of maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and the public.
Minimum Requirements (MANDATORY)
Applicants must possess:
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid Firearms Permit (Exposed Firearm Permit – BSIS)
- Taser Certification
- Baton Permit
- Pepper Spray Certification
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Valid California Driver’s License (if driving post)
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned locations (vehicle and/or standing post)
- Monitor and report suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and incidents
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Maintain detailed incident reports
- Remain alert and professional at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior armed security experience
- Military or law enforcement background (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Work Environment
- Patrol assignments
- Schools, Religious Centers
- Shift: Day (0600-1400) and Swing (1400-2200) for weekdays and weekends
