Apartment Groundskeeper
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Groundskeeper to help maintain a well-kept, mid-sized conventional apartment community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping a property looking its best!
Grounds Keeper Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and attractive grounds throughout the community
- Pick up grounds, common areas, parking lots, and property entrances
- Assist with landscaping and general outdoor upkeep
- Monitor sprinkler and irrigation systems
- Complete basic sprinkler repairs, including replacing or adjusting sprinkler heads
- Identify irrigation leaks or problems that need additional repair
- Help keep dumpster and trash areas clean
- Assist the maintenance team with basic property projects as needed
- Help maintain a welcoming appearance for residents and prospective residents
What We're Looking For
- Grounds, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Experience with basic sprinkler/irrigation repair
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
This position is for those that enjoy working outdoors, and working with a supportive property team.
