Join a prestigious, globally recognized law firm as a Real Estate Finance Associate, working on sophisticated financing, acquisition, and disposition matters for a diverse, high-profile client base.

What You'll Own

- Represent buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, and landlords/tenants across a variety of real estate transactions

- Support acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance and workouts, leasing and asset management, joint ventures, and real estate investment vehicles

- Counsel leading financial institutions, Fortune 100 companies, and national retailers on sophisticated real estate transactions nationwide

- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, and lease agreements

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 3 years of real estate matter experience, including lender or borrower-side mortgage and mezzanine financings, joint ventures, and acquisitions/dispositions

- Direct client-facing experience and strong business judgment

- Current or very recent top-tier law firm experience

- Strong academic credentials (law review/moot court a plus)

- NY Bar admission required
