Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Rochester, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install 12 new rooftop units
- Remove ceiling systems
- Assist with data cabling and utility management such as securing and zip-tying lines
- Electrical installation and service work
- Plumbing installation and service
- Fixture installation
- Complete punch list items across commercial building systems
