Job Description

Twin Peaks Property Management is seeking a dependable person to join our team and provide janitorial / cleaning service. This position cleans and maintains common areas in 3 HOA buildings that we manage. We are located in The Village at Solitude Mountain Ski Resort in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Brighton Utah. The position is 3/4 to full time with flexible days and hours. Initially this position is seasonal until the end of April 2027. It can become a permanent position. The benefits for the seasonal position include good hourly pay, parking on site and a 2026 - 2027 ski pass at Solitude. Full time, permanent employees qualify for additional benefits which are included in this post. Twin Peaks PM is not affiliated with the ski resort. We are a private company with 25 years of experience working for Home Owner Associations in this location. The right candidate will want to work in a good environment in the mountains and enjoy the benefits of good pay with access to the ski resort.
