Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician (Inside & Outside Facilities)
Lincoln, AR
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to support indoor facility maintenance or outdoor groundskeeping operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and enjoys a variety of maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance

• Perform minor building repairs, including fixing locks, replacing light bulbs, and general upkeep.
• Complete routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the facility.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance, facility, or safety concerns.

Grounds & Outdoor Maintenance

• Mow, trim, weed-eat, and maintain landscaped areas.
• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, mowers, and other maintenance machinery.
• Assist with general building maintenance and exterior repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and repair skills.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Experience operating tractors, mowers, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
