What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment
Experience Required for Your Success
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of maintenance technician experience
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
- Flexibility for on-call rotation and after-hours needs
Schedule & Requirements
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30PM
- On-call rotation (with mileage reimbursement)
- Flexibility for schedule adjustments as needed
