Job Title: Site Foreman
Pay: $40.00 - 48.00 per hour

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to manage and oversee logistical needs on our construction site. This role involves ensuring seamless operations and safety compliance while coordinating with the general contractor and overseeing a team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the logistics contact for any needs of the general contractor on site.
- Handle safety work and understand excavation operations.
- Willingness to perform hands-on work and use tools as needed.
- Identify and manage additional manpower requirements as logistical needs arise.
- Manage snow removal duties, potentially requiring early morning starts to open the job site.
- Set up temporary fencing and conduct on-site flagging work.
- Perform immediate tasks like trash pickup and material relocation as needed.
- Coordinate logistics on site as the main point of contact.
- Fill out daily DocuSign to track materials and send them to the project manager.
- Oversee crews of up to 10 people.
Essential Skills
- 5 years experience as a foreman.
- Experience overseeing crews of at least 10 people.
- Understanding of excavation operations and flagging work.
- Proficiency in construction safety, scaffold, temporary fencing, and general contractor responsibilities.
- Ability to fill out and manage paperwork using DocuSign and iPad.
- Familiarity with construction management, electrical, mechanical, concrete, drywall, and subcontractor management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction supervision, HVAC, OSHA 30, project management, industrial, plumbing, wiring, and sheet metal.
- Familiarity with using power tools and Procore software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
