Project Manager 2 Pascagoula, MS for Shipbuilding Client

The Role:
Track and maintain liens and products to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, update progress data, and communicate schedule impacts or changes to the project team.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports to support project controls and management visibility.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect status updates and validate data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing project progress reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays or gaps in documentation and escalate as needed.
• Ensure proper document organization, version control, and record management consistent with company standards.

Must Have:

High School Diploma and 7 years of experience
-or-
Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience
-or-
Masters degree or above and 1 year of experience

Nice to Have:

Project lead to support Frigate Contract to monitor project schedules, update progress data, and communicate schedule impacts or changes to the project team.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, dashboards
Experience with project controls, scheduling, engineering documentation preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
