Compensation: $30/hr
Shift: Administrative 8hrs shift | - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours coverage

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Science or Engineering, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with 2+ years in data / computer science or engineering, or related fields in a GMP operation.
- Strong technical, analytical, and operational skills to support AI-enabled optimization, resource planning, and validation initiatives.
- Experience in data analytics, visualization, and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data, preferably using tools like Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JMP, or Minitab.
- Foundational programming or automation experience (Python, Codex, AI-assisted coding, Power Automate, scripting, databases, digital workflow development).
- Understand basic statistics, process variability, trending, capacity evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of GMP expectations, validation lifecycle activities, protocol/report development, and compliance-driven execution.
- Advanced communication and facilitation skills in Spanish and English
- Preferred: Experience with advanced analytics algorithms, statistical/mathematical modeling, handling unstructured data, SAP, Rapid Response, MES, LIMS, R, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Spotfire, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps technologies.
What’s a typical day as Data Scientist? You’ll be:
- Supporting the digital transformation of operations by leveraging advanced analytics to drive business performance.
- Providing analytical support and enabling data-driven decision making for end-to-end visibility and advanced analytics solutions.
- Managing cross-functional analytics projects from relationship-building to data collection, analysis, and presentation of key insights.
- Assisting in the development of innovative analytics solutions, including machine learning and real-time visualization tools.
- Collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to optimize analytics solutions and share data best practices.
- Developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive communications.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis and supporting special projects.
- Interacting with finance groups to understand budget impacts and long-range planning.
