Job Description
The Job Captain manages multiple architectural and construction projects, coordinating internal teams, outside consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams, outside consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee construction documents, lot-specific plans, and revisions.
- Review plans for accuracy, quality, and compliance with construction codes and standards.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Architectural Operations teams.
- Identify project roadblocks and recommend solutions and process improvements.
- Assist with design initiatives, technology projects, and development of standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate project data and documentation.
- Exercise independent judgment and support leadership with project-related decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience in architecture, construction, or project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction documents and building codes.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
