Heritage Lakeside is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. What You'll Do:

Oversee daily building and equipment repairs, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues

Manage and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety

Ensure compliance with life safety and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and reporting any discrepancies

Coordinate with vendors to schedule preventative maintenance and resolve issues in a timely manner

Lead a small maintenance team and cover on-call and emergency needs, providing guidance and support as needed
What You Bring:

Solid building maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (though not required)

Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs independently, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Comfortable with physical work and supervising a small crew, with excellent communication and organizational skills
