Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Security Rover to help monitor a residential community and provide a visible, customer-service-focused security presence. This position involves greeting residents, checking in visitors and contractors, monitoring community access, and patrolling the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Check in visitors and contractors according to community procedures.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and general community access.
- Patrol the property and common areas as assigned.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or rule violations.
- Help ensure contractors and visitors follow community policies.
- Maintain accurate logs and document incidents when necessary.
- Communicate concerns to management or appropriate personnel.
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests.
- Follow all established security and community procedures.
Requirements
- Previous security, gate attendant, customer service, HOA, or residential community experience preferred.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
- Comfortable working evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to walk or patrol the property throughout the shift.
- Must be able to follow procedures and document information accurately.
