Senior Dotnet Developer (Senior .NET Developer)

Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced Senior .NET Developer who is strong in below areas.

Also who can work on our W2 Payroll (with/without sponsorship) - No VISA Restriction.

Role: Senior .NET Developer/Lead

\n

Role Type: Long Term W2 Contract Only - No Third Party C2C is allowed.

\n

Location: Trenton, NJ (100% Onsite) - No Remote work is allowed.

\n

Interview Mode: In-Person/F2F Only

\n

\n

Mandated Skills/Experience:

\n

\n
• Minimum 12-15 years experienced in C#/.NET application development, in the capacity of leading the team/responsibilities related to mentor mid/junior C# developers; perform code reviews; drive engineering quality.

\n

• Expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core/6/8+) and Entity Framework / EF Core.

\n

• Strong RDBMS such as PostgreSQL strongly preferred (Oracle/SQL Server acceptable).

\n

• ASP.NET Core Web API design (REST) for front-end integration.

\n

• SOLID design patterns.

\n

• Unit/integration/regression testing frameworks; TDD/mocking

\n

• Git, CI/CD, and static code analysis (SonarQube)

\n

• Proven ability to read, reason about, and safely refactor large, unfamiliar codebases

\n

• Exceptional attention to correctness — financial/benefit calculation accuracy

\n

• Hands-on with AWS experience.

\n

• Experience integrating with enterprise job schedulers (Stonebranch, Control-M, CA7).

\n

• Npgsql specifics, EF Core performance internals, or ORM migration experience.
