Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift Opportunities

We have immediate shifts to fill across overnights and weekends:

Overnight Shifts: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend 24-Hour Coverage: Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Overtime: Available based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visible, professional armed security presence to deter unauthorized activity and protect client assets.
Conduct thorough foot patrols or mobile property inspections.
Enforce client post orders, access protocols, and safety standards with diplomacy and authority.
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond calmly and decisively to incidents or emergency situations.
Maintain clear daily activity logs (DARs) and complete detailed incident reports when necessary.
Operate company vehicles safely when assigned to mobile patrol duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
KCMO Licensing: Must possess or be fully qualified to obtain a KCMO Armed Private Security License (Current active KCMO commission strongly preferred for immediate start).
Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
Firearm Ownership: Must own your own duty-grade handgun/firearm.
Background & Screening: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and demonstrate firearm proficiency during pre-screening evaluations.
Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, strong conflict-de-escalation abilities, and a reliable work ethic.
