Position Summary:

Mesquite Module Corporation is seeking a Senior Facility Technician to join our growing Facilities team. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong industrial facilities experience who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities. The Senior Facility Technician will perform and coordinate advanced maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex building systems, support capital improvement projects, and mentor junior technicians while helping maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
· Perform and lead advanced maintenance and repair activities involving building systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
\n
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, refrigeration, compressed air, and other building systems.
\n
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
\n
· Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, roofing, lighting, security systems, landscaping, and other facility assets.
\n
· Support facility expansion, remodeling, equipment installation, relocation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
\n
· Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and service providers while ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.
\n
· Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects that improve facility performance and operational efficiency.
\n
· Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, electrical drawings, and technical documentation.
\n
· Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
\n
· Mentor and provide technical guidance to Facility Technicians and support their ongoing development.
\n
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
\n
· Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 initiatives.
\n
· Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety policies and promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
\n
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5+ years of industrial facilities or maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting: HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Plumbing, Refrigeration systems, Air compressors, Chillers and cooling towers
- Previous experience coordinating maintenance projects, contractors, or maintenance personnel preferred.
- Building Maintenance Technology certification or comparable technical training preferred.
- HVAC Certification strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting facility remodels, equipment installations, or capital projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts, as business needs require.
- Experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 environments is a plus.
