As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Supervise and train maintenance staff as needed
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mechanical repairs, electrical work, and plumbing
• Identify and report potential safety hazards and defects to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:
• Previous maintenance experience required
• Previous nursing home experience preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
