We are currently seeking a Maintenance Turn tech-Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for completing turns, maintaining clean grounds and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete turns in a timely fashion
- Working knowledge of basic drywall, carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
- Assist office and Maintence techs when needed
- Maintain clean grounds, common and dumpster areas.
- Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and cleaning vacant units to make them rent-ready for new tenants under strict move-in deadlines.
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
