What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a primary focus on retail shopping centers.
- Oversee day-to-day property operations to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership groups.
- Prepare and administer operating budgets and monitor property financial performance.
- Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement projects, and vendor contracts.
- Review financial reports, approve invoices, and monitor operating expenses.
- Ensure compliance with lease provisions, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Partner closely with accounting, leasing, and executive leadership to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of commercial property management experience.
- Retail property management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong financial and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Yardi property management software is highly preferred and ARGUS is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
