Job DescriptionBOS Security is now hiring for a part-time security monitoring agent in the Athens, GA area. Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 11:45PM-7:45AM Applicant must be able to:
Applicant must be able to: Sit at a workstation for the duration of the shift
Have and maintain strong professional customer services skills
Show up to work on time and ready to work
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Monitor client sites with a mix of scheduled virtual patrols and video motion alarms.
- Issue talk downs through speakers when necessary
- Escalate to site contacts and police dispatch when necessary
- Monitor guard schedules to ensure on-time arrivals
- Coordinate with guard supervisors regarding call-outs and coverage
- Provide access control to client buildings and verify residents and visitors using agreed upon protocol
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Security, law enforcement, military, or other related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Stable work history
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and a background check; This position is subject to random drug testing
