• $100k - $125k, full benefits, training and career growth
• Technical Support Engineer for WMS systems where you will act as the primary support between IT, Operations, and the Floor in a multimillion sq ft facility related to the datacenter industry
• Issues related to order location management, SKU, troubleshooting support, hardware support, software support, and issue escalation
• Onsite daily in the Rickenbacker Airport areas

The Position

• Act as the primary, first level support for WMS Systems for the shop floor at the local site
• Perform troubleshooting of order management and stock management issues
• Create support tickets and escalation follow up
• Give ongoing support and coordination of WMS and other related system for location, customer maintenance, and identification processes
• Train users on the systems as well as upgrades, work with IT to ensure first level support abilities
• Hardware troubleshooting of printers, RF guns, network, etc.
