Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a vibrant student housing community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with students, and is passionate about creating a positive living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day property operations
- Manage leasing activity, including tours, applications, and renewals
- Maintain high occupancy levels and meet leasing goals
- Supervise and support on-site staff
- Handle resident relations and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure property compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders
Qualifications:
- Previous Property Management experience (student housing preferred)
- Strong leasing and sales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Leadership experience managing a team
