What You'll Be Doing
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the maintenance operation by:
· Leading and developing a talented maintenance team.
· Troubleshooting everything from HVAC and plumbing to electrical and appliance repairs.
· Making sure every apartment is move-in ready, and every resident receives exceptional service.
· Walking the community daily to ensure it always looks its best.
· Prioritizing service requests and keeping work flowing efficiently.
· Partnering with the Property Manager to keep the community operating at its highest level.
· Managing inventory, vendors, preventative maintenance, and safety programs.
· Creating a culture where quality, teamwork, and accountability come first.

We'd Love It If You Have
• 5+ Years of Apartment maintenance experience
• 3+ Supervisory or team leadership experience
• HVAC Certification (EPA)
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
A Few Things to Know
· Monday–Friday Schedule
· Participation in the rotating on-call schedule
· Hands-on leadership—you'll lead the team while working right alongside them when needed.
