Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them through the transaction process
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
• Convert appointments into closed real estate transactions
• Deliver exceptional service that generates referrals and repeat business
• Host open houses with assigned leads provided
• Manage your schedule, pipeline, and client communication effectively
• Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to sales success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Organized and comfortable using CRM and technology
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience preferred but not required
