Job Title: AI Platform and Agentic Systems Engineer
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 Days Onsite)

Job Description:
- Designs, develops, and deploys the next-generation AI Agentic Workflow Framework that powers autonomous and semi-autonomous business workflows.
- Responsible for building multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration layers, retrieval systems, workflow engines, tool frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and production-grade AI services.
- Partners closely with product and design teams translate business processes into intelligent, reliable, and scalable AI-powered experiences.
- Engineers may span AI/ML, platform, data, infrastructure, and forward deployment specialties while contributing to a common agentic platform.
Skills:
- LLM application development (Gemini preferred)
- Multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, Crew AI, AutoGen, MCP)
- Google Cloud AI stack (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE)
- RAG architecture, vector databases, and knowledge systems
- Python, APIs, cloud-native services, and workflow automation
