Job Description:

\n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of energy infrastructure and battery storage projects. This individual will manage project schedules, scope, customer relationships, financial performance, and coordination across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning teams. The Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved while managing changes, addressing risks, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The position requires someone comfortable taking ownership of projects, making decisions independently, and managing competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supporting project implementation through completion, communicating project changes, contributing to process improvements, and coordinating the transition of completed projects to service operations.

Required Skills:

\n

\n
• Approximately 3–5 years of project management experience within power generation, power plants, energy infrastructure, or a related industry.

\n

• Demonstrated experience independently managing project schedules, scope, deliverables, and customer relationships.

\n

• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, or other technical departments.

\n

• Experience managing project financial performance, budgets, or P&L responsibilities.

\n

• Understanding of project scheduling, Gantt charts, project milestones, and schedule dependencies.

\n

• Experience managing changing project requirements, project scope, and change management processes.

\n

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.

\n

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new project management systems.

\n

• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

\n

\n

Bonus/Soft Skills:

\n

\n
• Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS).

\n

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

\n

• Background working for power generation companies or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

\n

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Green Belt certification or experience.

\n

• Familiarity with stage-gate project management processes.

\n

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or SAP.

\n

• Familiarity with Primavera P6; direct operation of the software is not required.

\n

• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.

\n

• Strong customer relationship management, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

\n

• Independent decision-making, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

\n
