Compensation:
$100,000 - $300,000 per year
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through every step of the process

Prospect and secure residential listings across DC and Montgomery County

Conduct listing appointments, pricing consultations, and buyer consultations

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each listing

Prepare purchase offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients

Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build and grow your pipeline

Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For

Active real estate license (DC and/or Maryland required)

Self-motivated professional with a business mindset

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Comfortable with technology and modern real estate tools

Sales experience preferred, though we're happy to train the right candidate

Familiarity with the DC and/or Montgomery County market is a plus
