Location: Louisville, KY

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operations of a dynamic facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking pride in keeping a property safe, functional, and well-maintained.
No two days are exactly the same. The ideal candidate is adaptable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable tackling a wide range of maintenance tasks while working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, drywall repair, and general building repairs.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.

Maintain clean, safe, and functional facility spaces at all times.

Assist with equipment moves, setups, and other physical tasks as needed.

Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.

Perform lighting repairs, outlet and switch replacements, and low-voltage work.

Install or repair fixtures, signage, shelving, and minor equipment.

Document maintenance activities, materials used, and follow-up needs.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, facilities support, or a related role.

Skilled with hand and power tools.

Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge required.

Ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in tight or uneven areas.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
