Location: Louisville, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and operations of a dynamic facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking pride in keeping a property safe, functional, and well-maintained.

No two days are exactly the same. The ideal candidate is adaptable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable tackling a wide range of maintenance tasks while working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, drywall repair, and general building repairs.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.

  • Maintain clean, safe, and functional facility spaces at all times.

  • Assist with equipment moves, setups, and other physical tasks as needed.

  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.

  • Perform lighting repairs, outlet and switch replacements, and low-voltage work.

  • Install or repair fixtures, signage, shelving, and minor equipment.

  • Document maintenance activities, materials used, and follow-up needs.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in general maintenance, handyman services, facilities support, or a related role.

  • Skilled with hand and power tools.

  • Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge required.

  • Ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in tight or uneven areas.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
