Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support construction projects of varying sizes, ranging from small-scale to large-scale. This individual will facilitate project coordination, schedule and budget management, resource allocation, and maintain thorough documentation. Working as an individual contributor, the role requires supporting the project team to ensure smooth project execution using tools such as Microsoft Office, Material Management System, and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and communications
- Manage and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines
- Track budgets and assist with financial oversight
- Allocate resources efficiently across project phases
- Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation
- Support the project team in daily operations
- Provide Account Payable and Receivable support
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of project planning and risk management
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and team collaboration
- Problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
