Maintenance Technician
Primary Location: 719 Asp Ave.
Property: 25 properties
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
Pay: Based on experience.
Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision available.
Coltrane Real Estate is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee all maintenance operations for our 25 properties which include a small apartment community and commercial properties in Norman as well as townhomes located in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained property while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, mowing and make-ready operations.
Responsibilities
• Must have own hand tools.
• Coordinate work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee unit turnovers to ensure units are move-in ready on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical appliances, drywall, flooring, and general building maintenance.
• Maintain property’s curb appeal and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets.
• On call for emergency maintenance
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
