Compensation:

$95,000 - $180,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals
• Show properties and guide buyers through the process
• Prepare CMAs and pricing recommendations
• Present and negotiate offers and contracts
• List, market, and sell residential properties
• Manage clients from consultation to closing
• Build relationships and generate referrals and repeat business
• Manage leads and client activity through CRM
• Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems
• Deliver an exceptional client experience

Qualifications:

• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Technology driven
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Self-motivation and drive

• Active Virginia Real Estate License required
• Full-time availability and commitment to growth
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, coachable, and results-driven
