Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT leader to oversee business systems and help strengthen technology operations for a manufacturing organization in Mira Loma, California. This role blends strategic planning with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving enterprise applications, guiding data-driven decision-making, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. The position also provides leadership for a small systems team while remaining actively involved in administration, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the performance, support, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications to meet operational and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a small team of business systems professionals, setting priorities and encouraging high-quality execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify technology needs and deliver practical, scalable system solutions.
• Oversee system administration activities, including configuration, user support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Develop and improve reporting, analytics, and data management practices to support informed business decisions.
• Coordinate application integrations and automation efforts to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that strengthen system effectiveness and operational performance.
• Support troubleshooting efforts involving enterprise platforms, infrastructure touchpoints, and business-critical applications.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level business applications.
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring technical team members.
• Strong background in data management, reporting, and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL and report development in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data-related tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
