Demoulas Super Markets, Inc., operating under the Market Basket and MB Spirits banners, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to join our team in Andover, MA.

In this role, you will serve as a key technology partner to Finance and other business stakeholders, with responsibility for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of critical business applications. You’ll manage systems throughout their lifecycle—from configuration and production support to enhancements, integrations, upgrades, reporting, and vendor management.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary technology owner and administrator for assigned business applications, including MRI Real Estate and Riskonnect Claims Enterprise.
Manage application configuration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, releases, patches, and vendor updates.
Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents and defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with IT teams and vendors.
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Develop and support reports, dashboards, integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
Support cyclical reporting and regulatory activities, including 1099 and claims-related reporting.
Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, improved data quality, and greater operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with application vendors and third-party service providers.
Lead or support application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements from requirements through testing and deployment.
Maintain application documentation, configuration records, procedures, controls, and governance standards.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience supporting, administering, implementing, or managing enterprise financial applications or other business-critical technology platforms.
Experience as a systems owner, application administrator, or business systems analyst.
Experience with application configuration, production support, upgrades, testing, change management, and release management.
Experience partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
Experience managing software vendors and third-party service providers.
Experience with system integrations, interfaces, data flows, and vendor file exchanges.
Knowledge of application controls, access management, audits, technology risk, and governance.
Experience with financial, real estate, claims, or similar enterprise applications is preferred.
MRI Real Estate and/or Riskonnect Claims Enterprise experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
