Job Description
Position Title: Solution Architect Senior
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ
Ability to work remote: fully in office
Acceptable time zone(s): Must work EST hours
Days of the week: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: Flexible 8-9 am Start
Intended length of Assignment: through 12/30/2026
Potential for Contract Extension: Yes
Contract Only Open to all Visa on W2, no C2C
Function of the Group: Revenue Support
Industry background: Open to all backgrounds
Team Dynamic: working within a scrum team of 8-9 people
Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for a real time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands-on development—designing and coding core components end to end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Modern Java depth Java 17 + /Java 21
- Spring Boot
- MongoDB
- Distributed system design
- Performance tuning
- Rest API's
- Observability & Reliability ( logging, tracing, etc.)
- Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat Open shift)
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Kafka
- CICD
- Agile/Scrum Exposure
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tradeoff thinking
- Team player
Education/Certifications: bachelors or equivalent experience
