Job Description

Job Description Shape the workday by keeping technology humming

Each morning, you scan open tickets, prioritize what matters most, and jump into action. A teammate on the warehouse floor needs help getting back on Wi‑Fi; Accounting is waiting on a software install; a switch port looks noisy on the dashboard. You’re the steady hand that keeps our systems and network running smoothly.

What a typical day looks like

  • Deliver timely support to employees in person, by phone, and via email for hardware, software, and network issues — including new device setup and installations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, applications, network components, and peripherals to company standards.
  • Monitor network health, resolve connectivity problems, and uphold system security best practices.
  • Run scheduled updates, manage backups, and support database maintenance tasks.
  • Track and manage IT assets so inventories stay accurate and equipment stays current.
  • Pitch in on projects, upgrades, and rollouts as new technologies are introduced.
  • Create clear documentation and train colleagues on tools and processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to drive swift resolution of issues.

What you bring

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Technical foundation: Hands-on knowledge of network configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, database management, IT security protocols, and experience with network implementation and onsite network construction.
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalents.
  • Communication: Professional, clear interaction with onsite teams and Corporate Network IT leadership.

If you’re energized by closing tickets, hardening systems, and elevating the employee experience with reliable tech, this role is built for you.
