Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM | On-Call as Needed
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-quality care while managing and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Intellectual Disability (ID) field
- Strong experience with Therap documentation
- Proven experience using QuickMAR for medication management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff professionally and effectively
- Must be reliable and available for on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Therap
- Oversee medication administration and compliance using QuickMAR
- Conduct routine house audits, including:
- Fire and safety audits
- Grocery and supply inventory
- Individual medication audits
- Fire and safety audits
- Create and manage monthly staff schedules
- Respond to staff call-outs and operational needs while on-call
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive work environment
